The founding program is for sellers already running a store. At launch, download product mockups to list on Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce or another store, then place orders manually on Custuni. Direct Shopify publishing and order sync are expected around November 20. Other platforms will continue using the manual workflow, one order at a time or in bulk. On Etsy, list Custuni as your production partner, as Etsy asks sellers to disclose who helps make their items.
One ready-to-order all-over print clothing style from our catalog, printed with your own design, with shipping covered by Custuni. One per approved store. Choose the style and upload your design within 14 days of approval. We confirm the product, size and delivery address with you.
Approved founding sellers can have their first new style developed free, normally from $200. Share a reference or size specification so we can confirm feasibility, development scope and timing. One per store. Product production and shipping are quoted separately.
Our standard catalog styles are shared. Newly developed custom styles start with 90 days of exclusivity. Extensions depend on order volume. Sharing a garment style does not share your print artwork.
Typical production is about 2 days. Estimated U.S. transit is 10–15 days after dispatch, additional to production. The product and destination determine the final estimate, which we confirm with your order.
We cover problems on our side: print issues, wrong items and quality defects. Send your order number and a clear photo within 30 days of delivery, and we remake the item free of charge or refund you. There is no need to send it back. Lost packages can be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Because every item is made to order, returns for other reasons, such as a wrong size choice or a change of mind, are not covered, and reshipping costs apply if an address was entered incorrectly.
No. Orders ship without Custuni branding on the package or packing slip.
You pay Custuni by card for each order’s product and shipping. Prices include import duties, so your customers have nothing extra to pay at delivery.
Your print designs remain yours. You supply artwork you have the right to use. Garment-style sharing and exclusivity apply to the developed product style, not ownership of your artwork.
